Injury Report respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is used by the app and how it is handled.

Information We Collect and Use

Injury Report does not require you to create an account and does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or contacts.

To provide app functionality, including Premium injury alerts, Injury Report may process and store limited technical and preference information, including:

• An app installation identifier used to identify your installation for notification delivery.
• Players and teams you choose to favorite.
• Your notification and alert preferences.
• Subscription entitlement information used to determine whether Injury Report Premium is active.
• Technical timestamps and related information necessary to operate and maintain notification services.

This information is used only to provide and maintain Injury Report’s features, including delivering notifications you have requested.

Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, Injury Report uses remote notification services to deliver injury and status alerts. Notification delivery may involve Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Firebase services provided by Google.

You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

Subscriptions

Injury Report Premium subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple’s App Store. Injury Report does not receive or store your payment card or banking information.

Limited subscription transaction information may be sent to Injury Report’s backend and verified with Apple to determine whether your Premium subscription is active.

Third-Party Services

Injury Report uses service providers necessary to operate certain app features, including Apple services and Firebase/Google infrastructure for subscription verification, backend functionality, and notification delivery.

Injury Report does not use your information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking and does not sell your information.

Analytics and Advertising

Injury Report does not currently use third-party advertising or third-party analytics tools to track users for advertising purposes.

Data Retention

Limited technical and preference information used for notifications and Premium functionality may be retained for as long as necessary to provide those services and maintain the app. Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted or anonymized.

Data Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information processed by Injury Report. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

Injury Report is not designed to collect personal information from children. The app does not require users to provide a name, email address, precise location, or other directly identifying information to use its features.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Injury Report’s features or services change. Any changes will be reflected on this page along with an updated revision date.
